Biennial Renewal Attestation	—	Beginning April 1, 2026, Idaho is transitioning LPN/RN licenses to two-year renewals that expire on the licensee's birthday. The current Board renewal materials list the renewal application and fee for active RN renewal and do not publish a recurring RN CE-hour requirement. Reinstatement can require employment verification and possible continued-competence review.
